Questions people actually ask
Is there a free tier?
No — and on purpose. A free tier means an unpaid plant running real lockouts indefinitely, with every upgrade cap a place the constraint pushes someone toward a workaround. Instead there's a 30-day trial of full Professional on one site. When it ends, nothing is deleted: the account goes read-only, every record stays, and everything exports.
What counts as a site?
One plant, facility or yard with its own equipment, procedures and people, kept in its own isolated data store. If you'd give it its own address and its own safety lead, it's a site.
Do contractors count?
Contractors are users, and users are unlimited. A turnaround that brings 200 people on site for three weeks doesn't change your bill.
What about implementation?
Most sites are running in an afternoon from the worked examples. If you want procedures authored against your equipment, a process audit and hands-on training, that's a separate, quoted service — see how it works.
Is billing monthly?
Annual, by invoice. The monthly figures are so you can compare, not a monthly plan.
