So is the way it goes wrong.
A generic checklist tells you to isolate, lock, tag and verify. It cannot tell you that a turbine's pitch UPS must stay live, that a crusher's feed hopper is an energy source, or that a rotary filler's CO₂ purge line is the one that hurts. These pages can — each with a real worked example.
